This weekend is Impact Weekend! Thank you for celebrating Impact Weekend with us. Your gifts to our parish through our A Promise of Hope & Healing Program will help us raise as much money as we possibly can in the next 90 days to recover the lost offertory due to the pandemic. If completing your response was not possible at mass, we invite you to use the envelopes in the mailing you received to mail your response to the church or to drop it off at the office. Electronic giving is the preferred, easy, safe, and secure way to give to our parish. To schedule a recurring electronic gift directly from your bank account or credit card, please visit our website at www.cathedralofourladyofpeace.com and follow the instructions. Our goal is 100% participation! Thank you for your generosity and support of Cathedral of Our Lady of Peace! Your friend in Christ, Fr. Pascual
Next weekend is Impact Weekend! This week you will receive a mailing
detailing our A Promise of Hope & Healing program. This program is above and
beyond your weekly offertory support. This is an extraordinary effort to
raise as much as possible in the next 3 months. The mailing includes a letter
from me describing our parish's financial position, the challenges we are
facing and the ways you can help. Join us next week for our important Impact
Weekend, September 26 & September 27. I ask that you please review the
information in the mailing, prayerfully consider your level of support and
participate by returning your response by next week. Your response and
participation is very important. You can make payments using your credit card
or an ACH automatic withdrawal through our Online Giving program as well. See
our website for more details. Please contact our office for any questions you
may have about different types of gifts such as: stocks, bonds, CDs, real
estate or property, IRA rollovers and qualified retirement plans, and more.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the suspension of our masses, we have
experienced a significant shortfall in our offertory collections over the
last several weeks and months. To make up this shortfall, we are
embarking on a fundraising effort called A Promise of Hope & Healing.
You will receive more information in the mail about the program in the
next few weeks. Please reflect on the information and consider how you
can make a promise to help our parish community heal and thrive
financially. You will receive weekly announcements about our program
and will be sharing more information with you from the pulpit. Our
efforts will culminate with IMPACT WEEKEND on September 26 &
September 27. Our hope is to have every family participate in the
program. Together we can IMPACT our current situation and get through
this difficult time.
Thank you for your support and prayers!
Your friend in Christ,
Fr. Pascual
